Normandy Developments Ltd.
Normandy Developments is a family owned private development company established around 30 years ago and based near Alton in Hampshire. Until recently the Company had concentrated entirely on the restoration and bringing back into use of derelict listed buildings or other heritage assets.

The Company's design philosophy over the last 30 years since its inception is one of minimal intervention in line with Historic England's guidelines. The Company believes in working locally and is very environmentally conscious; hence where there is not a conflict with the requirements of the local conservation officer; it endeavours to insulate its properties to the highest standard possible.

In 2017 due to a shortage of suitable listed buildings
or historic assets in a derelict state in the area
around Alton, it was decided that the Company
should branch out to undertake environmentally
friendly, low energy passive house development and
currently is looking for suitable sites in order to undertake
its first such development. |
